Dear MS Parents,
ISB nurses will be accompanying students on the MS Grade Level Trips next week. Please contact the nurse if you have any concerns with your child’s health prior to the trip on nurse@isb.ac.th or come to the School Health Clinic. All students requiring medication whilst on the field trip must fill in the attached form (click HERE to access the form) and provide clearly labelled medications (in their original packaging) in a named ziplock bag. This medication should be given to the nurse prior to departing for the trip.
