ES Report Card
Report cards were posted to PowerSchool this afternoon. We send report cards each November, February and June. Please look over the report with your child, and discuss strength, areas for growth and goals. It is our aim that report cards are a spring-board for positive family conversations about learning. For tech support, please contact Khun Vinit vinitp@isb.ac.th or Khun Tom cholthis@isb.ac.th.
Upcoming Author Visit: Linda Sue Park
The ES is looking forward to welcoming award-winning and NY Times best-selling author Linda Sue Park to ISB in February.
Parent/Child Book Clubs: As part of this author visit, the ES HUB will host a series of parent/child book clubs focused on Linda’s work and we welcome you to join us. There are three different options, depending on your child’s age and interest. Click here for more info on how to sign up. Please sign up before November 23.
Book Orders: The ES Hub is arranging a book order so that parents can purchase copies of Linda Sue’s books in advance of her visit. Stop by the HUB and take a look at the books on display or visit Linda Sue Park’s website to learn more about her books. Parents can order titles in the HUB or just place an order here. Books must be ordered byNovember 23rd to ensure they arrive in time for the author visit.
Hats
Just a reminder to parents that all ES students require a hat at school each day. Please ensure hats are labeled with your child’s name and grade level. This helps prevent hats being shared and reduces the chance of head lice infestation.
ES After School Activities (ASA)
Please note that Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday ASA will have their last session during the week of November 23th. Thursday and Friday will have their last session on December 3rd and 4th with exception of Stories and Munchies that will have makeup class on Friday, December 11th. I am in the office daily from 1:30pm – 3:30pm if you have any questions or concerns.

(Repeat) Information Meeting for ES Musical: Peter Pan Jr.
Grade 4 and 5 are you ready to fly with the ES Musical this year? There will be a mandatory information meeting for the ES Musical at 2:15 on November 16 in Mrs. Benusa’s music room (4-114). In this meeting we will talk about the production and give out information regarding auditions (parents need not attend). More information can be found outlining the audition process on the ES Music Blog here.
(Repeat) Leaving ISB at the End of the First Semester?
Parents of students who are not returning to ISB after semester 1 need to notify the ES Office, K. Tina (tinaratr@isb.ac.th) as soon as possible and fill out the Notice of Withdrawal from ISB Form to enable us to process school records for their next school. Thank you for your attention to this important matter.
