ISB MS Principal Announcement
by Andrew Davies
andrewd@isb.ac.th
Dear ISB Community,
I am very happy to announce that I have appointed Dennis Harter as our next MS Principal. Dennis is currently the HS Principal at the American International School in Vienna and many of you will recall Dennis from his time at ISB where he served very successfully as our HS Vice Principal.
Dennis has worked for many years in three middle schools (North Jakarta, ISKL and ISB) as both a math teacher & technology coordinator and he has a real passion for this age group.
Dennis has a Bachelor of Science degree (College of William and Mary) and a Master’s of Education (Harvard University). He is also certified through the Principals Training Center (PTC).
This was a very strong field and we know that all five short listed candidates could do an excellent job. My admiration and respect for all of the candidates increased throughout the process – all were very credible with many different strengths to bring to the position.
Please join me in congratulating Dennis and welcoming back the Harter family – Kylie, Milla (12), Kai (10), and Lana (7).
The LT for 2015/16 is now complete and I am very excited about what this team can achieve. There are three administrators new to ISB (blue), two returning to ISB (red), and two internal appointments (green).
ISB Leadership Team for 2015/16
Sincerely,
Dr. Andrew Davies
