World Scholar’s Cup Tournament at Yale University!

Last week, I had the pleasure of accompanying a small group of ISB students to New Haven, Connecticut in the USA to participate in the World Scholar’s Cup Tournament of Champions at Yale University. The Tournament of Champions brought together the top 500 students from more than 20 different countries who qualified through their exemplary performance at the WSC Global Round in Singapore in June. ISB middle schoolers Punnava Alam and Ananya Narayan were reunited with their teammate Alexandra Hodges who left ISB in June to return to the US. Together they represented ISB in the Junior division. In the Senior division, ISB were ably represented by Siri Asdathorn and Peter Ohashi, both in Grade 11, who formed a combined team with NIST student, Erdong Chen.
