…Alongside International Day on Friday Nov. 21, the ES Cafeteria will be celebrating an International Week. We’ll be taking a trip around the culinary world starting with China and moving on to Germany, Japan and Italy. The week will culminate on Friday, International Day, with a sample of Finger Foods from across the globe. One might ask, why is this different than any other week as we already serve an international cuisine? The difference is that each day is dedicated to one country with the international finger foods being those kinds that are not normally served in ES.
