MS Open House

Please note on your calendars that our MS Open House will be held evening of Thursday, September 11 at 6:30 – 9:00pm. Apologies, due to an oversight, our upcoming MS Open House was mistakenly left off the ISB 2014-2015 Calendar.

You should have received via email earlier today, your login details to access PowerSchool and Haiku. If you didn’t, please check your spam/junk mail folder to see if it was diverted to there.

ISB is a Nut-Free Campus
ISB is a nut-free campus. We have many students at our school with serious nut allergies. In order to keep them safe, we do not allow any kind of nuts on our campus at any time. This includes the snacks and lunches that you might send to school with your child. Thank you for your cooperation and support in keeping our children safe.
Repeat Announcement: MS Technology for Parents

The MS students received their laptops last week, and over the next couple of weeks will have laptop orientation training sessions during class. For more detailed information about the Laptop Program click here.
ISB Parent Technology Training
On Monday 25th and Wednesday 27th August, we are offering parent technology training to assist parents in two areas.
- Managing a student laptop at home (parent controls etc).
- Parent Access to all the systems we use at ISB (Powerschool, Haiku and Campus Card)
These sessions have been scheduled for after school hours, you will need to bring your child’s laptop. See below for sign-up.
Parent Admin Rights on Computer
As with last year, the Middle School students do not have administrator rights on their computer. We will however, by request, provide parents with an administrator account in order to configure home printers and setting parent controls. If you as a parent would like to have a parent administrator account, please complete the form below. We will contact you by email to let you know that the login has been setup for you.

Tuesday 26th August@ 6:30pm in MPB1 – All welcome
ISB is one of the oldest IB schools in the world having started the IB Diploma Program back in 1981. Our students perform well above the world average and gain acceptance to universities globally due to the rigor and reputation of the program and our school. We offer an extensive range of IB courses allowing students choice and breadth to be well prepared for life beyond school and to attend competitive universities worldwide.
There will be an IB Information evening on Tuesday, 26th August 6:30pm in MPB1 for all interested families from across ES, MS and HS. Come and find out more about the opportunities and experiences that exist in our IB Diploma program in the High School.
