Schedule Changes
Philip Rogers
philr@isb.ac.th
With the start of a new school year there are always a few disruptions and changes to a student’s schedule. Students may request a schedule change through their counselor prior to Monday 25th August. Please be aware that due to some courses being full some requests may not be possible at this late stage. It is important to remember that the schedule is created based in student choice and this may necessitate late changes to schedules on during the third week of school.

Grade 9: We would like to welcome all the Grade 9 students to the High School- Congratulations!! Mr. Kevin Davy is the Counselor for all grade nine students.
Grade 10: Sophomore Seminar will work in a progression to first explore students strengths, then what people with those strengths do for careers, then the education involved to get to those careers, and finally what preparation is needed from 10th grade onward in achieving those goals. This leads to the important task of having the 10th graders and their parents discuss, plan, and sign up for their 11th grade classes.
Grade 11: Junior Seminar will focus on the college search. Students will continue working with Naviance and fine tuning their future university plans.
Grade 12: Seniors will have their first Senior Seminar on Monday August 18 followed by Senior Seminar #2 on August 20 & 21. The name of the game is “Organization!” It will be a busy semester one. To answer additional questions about college applications, Counselors will hold “university lab” every Monday from 2:10 to 3:10 in room 203 (Aug. 25 – Nov. 24).
