Arts Unleashed: Bumbershoot
by Kerri Fitzgerald

During the first week back (Jan 13 – 17th) FPAC (the Fine and Performing Arts Council) is running an arts advocacy week. Two important guest artists will be performing as part of that week so if you are interested in theatre you might like to attend.
We will be demonstrating our very best ISB theatre etiquette for these performances so there can be no late entry or cell phones on during the shows. Thanks
On Wednesday Jan 15th at 2:15 in the CCT ,John Hudson who is an actor, director, author, comedian and theatre improvisor will present a one man show. This is suitable for middle school and up.
Then on Thursday Jan 16th at 2:30 pm in the CCT, Daniel Foley, a British actor, will perform “Krapp’s Last Tape’ by Samual Beckett. This is in the genre of ‘Theatre of the Absurd’ so is only suitable for high school students and up!
Lastly, Thursday Jan 16th at 5:30 pm you are most welcome to join HS for “Artists on the Roof” in the CC building on Level 3 outside on the terrace. There are limited seats available. This is a small concert for budding artists to perform in front of a small, receptive audience.
