Dear ES Parents:
Thank you for embracing our new online scheduler pick-a-time so enthusiastically. We have been delighted with the response rate and the number of conferences being booked.
We have identified one issue that has now been rectified.
If you tried to book a short 5 minute conference with more than one SPECIALIST teacher, you will not have been able to use the same 30min block of time to do so. We have now changed this and parents will be able to book the same 30min slot to make appointments with Specialist teachers (Music, PE, World Language and Art).
Homeroom teacher appointments remain unaffected and are 30mins in duration.
Once again, thank you for helping us to introduce our online booking system smoothly. We are looking forward to seeing you next week.
