Dear ISB Community,

IMPORTANT information for the Chelsea visit–PLEASE read carefully

Chelsea has given us a limit of 400 people, this is the capacity of our Blue stands.
Once the Blue stands are full, no more spectators will be permitted entry.
Tickets will be issued at the front gate on a first come first serve basis between 4:00 pm and 5:20 pm on Saturday. For security purposes and from the directive of Chelsea, after 5:20pm we will close the front gate, and no additional tickets will be issued. If you do not have your ISB ID you will NOT be issued a ticket.
One Ticket will be issued for one ISB ID. You cannot pick up a ticket for someone else.
If you arrive AFTER 5:20 you will NOT be permitted entry. There will be no exceptions.
If the stands are full before 5:20, no more spectators will be permitted entry.
All spectators should be in the blue bleachers seated by 5:30pm.
Photographs may be taken from the stands (compact cameras and phones only, no big zoom lenses are permitted), NO video recordings are permitted.
Please do not bring infants or toddlers to this event.
If you have a driver, they will not be permitted entry on this day. It is suggested that they drop you off and park at Villa.

Additional Important Information

For security and set-up purposes all tennis courts, other athletic facilities, and playgrounds will be closed for the whole day on Saturday 13th.
Fields A, B, C, E and the track will be closed from 12th-16th July.

We understand that the above is not optimum and some people may miss out, or may be inconvenienced. However, we are operating under strict rules given to us by Chelsea Football Club.

We apologize in advance if you are unable to get into the session, Chelsea has given us this limit and we have to abide by it.
