Summer Soccer Workouts

Dear Soccer Players,

Its important to remember that what you do over the summer break will greatly increase your chances of having a good try-out.

Please go to this link (https://bf135.infusionsoft.com/app/form/soccer-program) to see exercises you can do over the summer that will help you with your touch on the ball and your explosiveness.
Coach Wah will also be offering a week of try-out preparation training in August 5-9.  We will play everyday from 8:30am-10:00am.  Please ensure you bring a water bottle, soccer shoes, shin guards, and appropriate clothing for soccer.

If you plan to try-out, both of the above will be of great help to you.

Stay in shape, and come back ready to play…STRETCH.
