Elementary School Parent/Teachers Conferences and Request Form

Elementary School Parent/Teacher conferences will take place on October 4 and 5, 2012.  Today, Friday Sept. 7, you should receive a pink request form, regarding the date and time for conferences.  These forms were sent with the youngest sibling. Kindly fill out one form only per family and return this request form to the ES Office by Monday, Sept. 10 2012.
