The Scout Master is responsible for the image and program of the ISB Troop. They work directly with youth to train and guide youth leaders. They would regularly attend weekly Troop meetings, biweekly Patrol Leader meetings, monthly or biweekly Committee meetings, monthly campouts, summer camp programs, Troop, District and Council training. Requirements is 21 years of age, male or female.

The Boy Scouts is a Chartered Organization of ISB for boys 11 to 18 years old.
The Mission of Boy Scouts is to prepare young men to make ethical choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Aims of Scouting are growth in moral strength and character, participating citizenship, development of physical, mental and morale fitness.
The successful candidate will demonstrate these characteristics in their life.
