In the first year of our 1 laptop per student initiative in the High School, all grade 9 and 10 students will receive laptops this year. We will be distributing them on the first day of school to those students. Your grade 9 or 10 child will be coming home with a laptop and important forms that must be signed by parent or guardian. All signed forms must be turned into the HS office by Friday, August 17th.
On Thursday August 16th, we are running two Parent Information sessions (the evening session is a repeat of the morning session). These sessions of one hour will cover expectations, signing of forms, and explaining the parent controls, as well as answering any questions you may have. While the sessions are not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged you attend if you are new to this program. No need to sign-up.
