Today was the first day of examinations for many of our students. A few years ago we moved to the large sports hall venue for most of our final exams. Initial concerns that our younger students would be intimidated by over 400 other students sitting in the same room have not materialized; rather most students appreciate the formality and have said they take them more seriously. In terms of learning, this approach mirrors that of our external examinations such as SAT and IB so it is a great preparation. Please encourage your students to get lots of sleep this weekend so they are rested for their last exams and will perform at their best.
