Dear ISA Members,
Please be reminded that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the International School Association (ISA) will be held tomorrow at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, 2012 in the New Theater, Cultural Center on the ISB campus. The purpose of the ISA AGM is to present the:
- 2010-2011 Head of School report
- BOT Annual Report and BOT Committees’ reports
- Plans for next school year
- Result of the BOT Elections
Please don’t forget to turn in your votes for the BOT elections tomorrow. The voting station will be open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm in front of the Chevron Theater. May we remind you again of the following important points:
- Please don’t forget to bring your photo ID and remind your children to bring theirs as well if they’re turning in your ballots.
- You can only vote for up to 5 candidates.
- Only one ballot per envelope.
- If you’ve lost/misplaced your ballot, replacement ballots are available at the voting station all day tomorrow (May 22) and at the Head of School’s office.
- Only children and spouses of ISA members can turn in the ballots, no friends, maids or drivers please.
- If you’re sending in your ballots, please don’t forget to print your name and affix your signature on the envelope.
