Dear Parents of the ISB Class of 2012,
Congratulations to all of you as your children graduate and move on to new challenges.
My name is Debby Stinemetz Caulfield and I am a 1970 graduate of ISB. I am also the Membership Director of the ISB Network Foundation, which serves as the Official Sister Association for the International School Bangkok.
We are a not-for-profit, 501-C-7 organization, dedicated to bringing Alumni of the International School Bangkok together to support, maintain and create contacts between people who shared similar experiences in Thailand. It is our goal to keep all ISB alumni connected.
I have informed the Class of 2012 about the purpose and benefits of the ISB Network. In my letter I encouraged your children to go to our website www.isbnetwork.com and register their contact information and make use of some of our tools for staying connected with their classmates. You will find my letter attached.
I want to assure you that we are not Facebook or MySpace. We are a permanent and secure place where alumni can keep their contact information which will only be available to other ISB alumni.
My purpose in writing you is to make sure that you know about us and to ask you to encourage your children to register their information now. I know that young people can’t even imagine that 40 years from now they may want to reunite with their old ISB friends. As parents you have a more long term perspective about what will be important for your children and I hope you will support us in seeing that your student register at our website and remain in contact with us over the years. Thank you.
