Please be reminded that the BOT Elections will be next Tuesday, May 22, 2012 from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. The voting station will be in front of the Chevron Theater. This year, the BOT contracted KPMG to man the voting station and conduct the official counting of ballots.
A few things to remember:
- Please don’t forget to bring your photo ID and remind your children to bring theirs as well if they’re turning in your ballots.
- You can only vote for up to 5 candidates.
- Only one ballot per envelope.
- If you’ve lost/misplaced your ballot, replacement ballots are available at the voting station all day on Tuesday (May 22) and at the Head of School’s office. (Monday – May 21 and Tuesday – May 22).
- Only children and spouses of ISA members can turn in the ballots, no friends, maids or drivers please.
- If you’re sending in your ballots, please don’t forget to print your name and affix your signature on the envelope.
- Ballots submitted before Tuesday, 22 May 2012 (the day of the AGM) will not be accepted.
