ISB emails provide a valuable avenue for communication within our community. Make these emails work for you by actively managing your account, and following these guidelines for submitting stories for publication.

1. Replying to ISB emails

What NOT to do

What to DO

Please do not reply directly to emails such as this one by clicking reply. This email comes from isbnews@isbenews.com. This is NOT a real email account. Your reply will not be received. Instead there is an email address on the right hand side of every story. This address relates directly to the story you are reading. Click on this email address and you will be contacting the correct person.

2. Actively Manage Your Account
Click on “Manage My Subscription” below the “Security status”on the right hand side of every e-news. Please take note of the email accounts you are subscribed to. Change email addresses and change which newsletters you receive.

You can manage your email account subscription through the ISB website by going to ISB News on the home page, and then select the Manage my Subscription link on the side bar.

3. Not Receiving an Email
ISB parents: Your emails are probably bouncing from your email account or being treated as spam. Put isbnews@isbenews.com into your personal address book or change your email to a new email address.

4. Submitting an announcement for publication
ISB accepts announcements from ISB families for potential publication in our e-Newsletters. The announcements are generally intended to highlight events that occur at ISB that are for ISB students and/or for ISB parents.

What is required:

  • A title for your announcement
  • An introductory sentence to the announcement
  • The main text of the announcement
  • An email contact for further information
  • Please submit your announcement on disk or via email
  • It would be great if you could please provide the final information. NO CHANGE!

Optional

  • A photo (150k or less) to display in the main part of the announcement.
  • Photos to include in a photo gallery that is linked to the announcement.

4publish@isb.ac.th is for announcements of interest to the entire ISB community.

tinaratr@isb.ac.th is for Elementary School (ES) announcements of interest to ES families.

maurilib@isb.ac.th is for Middle School (MS) announcements of interest to MS families.

vijitl@isb.ac.th is for High School (HS) announcements of interest to HS families.

Your announcement will be submitted to the appropriate principal and/or to our Marketing Director for review. ISB reserves the right to determine which announcements will and will not be published, and to edit announcements that are approved for publication.

5. How often do we send emails out?

* Each article will be sent out only once. We do not repeat the same article.

  • ISB Communication – only once and only on Thursdays. We try to minimize emails by grouping messages. Please submit the article before noon Thursday
  • ISB Communication ES, MS, HS – usually on Friday
