Last week all our Varsity teams competed in their pre-IASAS exchanges at ISB, ISM and TAS. The competition was great for each of the teams and allowed the coaches to see how they lined up for the upcoming IASAS tournaments at the beginning of the Songkran break.
Our boys Softball played two days of Softball at ISB against SAS, ISM, TAS and JIS and finished strong, losing only one of their games to ISKL. The boys are looking good as they prepare for their final tournament day in the mens Bangkok International Softball League fast approaching in two weeks on the 7th April.
Our girls and boys Badminton played many matches against TAS and ISM and other local competitors in TAS, which has prepared them well as they are hoping to maintain their number one spot in the boys and medal in the girls. Our track team had a phenomenal time in Manila smashing 5 ISB records, which will put them in a great place going forward for IASAS in Taipei.
Our JV Softball teams also had some good competition in the Invitational JV tournament held at Bangkok Patana School last weekend. Both teams are also looking strong for their upcoming JV BISAC tournaments on April 28.
This weekend is a quiet weekend with only our BISAC Golf Championship, which will be held tomorrow. We wish our Golf Club all the best as they compete and start to prepare for IASAS Golf which will have it’s inaugural year next year.
Enjoy the weekend break Panthers!
