Mindful Practices
exploring wellbeing with curiosity, creativity and compassion
Wednesdays, 3:30 – 5:30pm, January 20 to March 17, 2021
This 8-week Mindful Practices workshop will be based on the Mindfulness Based Stress
Reduction (MBSR) course, which is designed to help establish a solid foundation in mindful
practices. A variety of mindful practices, such as movement, breathing, sitting, walking, and
creative art activities will be explored. Through the process of inquiry, participants nurture
both focused and open awareness, with a curious and kind attitude towards present
moment experiences. Due to the current situation, this workshop will begin on-line.
