Dear ISAT Members,

We are pleased to inform you that The International Schools Association of Thailand has received the honor of being invited to participate in the International Conference on Mathematics and Science Education in the Post COVID-19 Era: Global Issues Awareness from Monday, October 30^th – Wednesday, November 1^st, 2023, at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.

The Conference is organized by The Promotion of Academic Olympiad and Development of Science Education Foundation (POSN) to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the late HRH Princess Galayani Vadhana Krom Luang Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra (the elder sister of HM King Rama 9) whom UNESCO recognized for her contributions to Education in Science and Culture. HRH Princess Galayani Vadhana was a great supporter of both mathematics and science education. This Conference will provide a platform for academics and scientists from Thailand and around the world to showcase leading techniques in educating our youth.

• October 30^th, 2023, Her Royal Highness, Crown Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn will preside over the opening ceremony and will deliver her remarks as the Keynote speaker on the topic of “Sustainable Development in Mathematics and Science Education in the Post COVID-19 Era”.
• October 31^st, 2023, Mr. Soohyun Kim, The Director of UNESCO Bangkok, ASIA and Pacific Regional Bureau for Education, will provide a keynote lecture. 
• November 1^st, 2023, ISAT will present four Professional Development Workshops. (A separate announcement on details of the workshop and registration will be communicated to all ISAT members this week.) 

Therefore, we cordially invite all ISAT member school teachers to consider joining this exciting event. Your involvement in this Conference will strengthen the global discourse on mathematics and science education, enabling us to collectively address the challenges and opportunities presented in the post-pandemic era. Additionally, it will give us the opportunity to celebrate the legacy of HRH Princess Galyani Vadhana and her contributions to education, science, and culture.
