Preseason workouts will be open to all students with the goal to get them active again and help physically and mentally prep them for sessions with their respective teams by offering a few different styles of workouts.

5 sessions will be conducted for HS
2 sessions will focus on overall body strength
2 sessions will focus on cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength endurance
1 session will focus on plyometric power
All sessions will incorporate some agility/coordination, core, and balance work

All workouts will require minimal to no “equipment”
For exercises using “equipment,” students will need chair, step, other household things

Further communication will occur via email or student bulletin

Middle School Preseason
