How to register
The IMP will accept online registration only. Information about online registration will be sent out every semester through the ISB e-newsletter in early August and early January. Returning families have the possibility to pre-register for the coming semester at the end of each semester and will be notified through a separate email. The registration will be completed with the full payment of fees beginning of the following semester.
Registration is accepted on a first-come and first-service basis and fees are non-refundable. We would appreciate your full cooperation in making sure all fees are paid before start of the lessons in cash or by check payable to “International School Association.”
Reimbursements will not be made for missed classes. If a scheduled IMP session is going to be missed, 48 hours notice must be given to the IMP coordinator by email. Arrangements for make-up lessons should be made directly with the teacher. If the IMP coordinator is not notified by email (before 48 hours), no make-up session will be offered. If your child misses a session because of an ISB sports, arts or cultural event, it is still necessary to give 48 hours notice by email to the IMP coordinator.
Refunds will be given only in the event of injury, extended illness or absence of the instructor.
