Membership of IASAS are:
- International School Bangkok -ISB
- Jakarta International School -JIS
- International School of Kuala Lumpur -ISKL
- International School Manila -ISM
- Singapore American School -SAS
- Taipei American School -TAS
Regular voting membership shall be limited to these six (6) schools.
Any change of this membership must be by unanimous vote.
