French intro students have been learning how to describe themselves and others’ origin, personality and physical traits.
What to expect on the test?

Wondering how to help your child prepare for French class?
“I did all my French homework in the workbook. I am done!”
Remind you student that they should spend a few minutes everyday reviewing their vocabulary for French. Right now, we are learning to describe people around us in school both physically and in personality.
French pronunciation is difficult, how can we improve?
On Panthernet, I have uploaded several podcast (mp3 files) with the vocabulary. Encourage your child to go on Panthernet. They can read their vocabulary from their list, listen to the podcast, and repeat for pronunciation.
Students should review their vocabulary on a daily basis. It is most efficient if they use their vocabulary list, handouts, and the book help them while completing exercises on the workbook (or handouts).
Don’t hesitate to contact the teacher if you have questions.
